What Our Guests Say

  • "If you want to go to Antigua but don't want to pay the high-priced hotels, there is an affordable option. Ellen Bay Inn is a family-run inn with friendly proprietors and staff who make you feel at home. Rooms are clean and the linens are nice. The inn is located in a tiny village a three-minute walk from the ocean and the boats to Stingray City (a fantastic excursion). It was a great stay for us, and the 360 degree hilltop views are truly breathtaking. Stayed January 2014, travelled with family - Trip Advisor"

  • "On very short notice, I decided to go to Antigua for 4 days by myself. I generally avoid the large resorts and prefer cozy, friendly places with real people. Ellen Bay Inn was perfect for me, even traveling by myself. Louie picked me up at the airport, and Genivive cooked me two wonderful evening meals and light breakfasts. One day I rented a bike and rode it to Devils Bridge. Another day I took the public bus into St. Johns. My room was simple but quite comfortable. The A/C really works well, and the free WiFi is tops. If you do not need to stay right on the beach, and an off-the-beaten path location is OK, this small inn is great. Stayed March 2013, travelled solo - Trip Advisor."

  • "We stayed at Ellen Bay Inn and had an beautiful experience there. The family who own Ellen Bay are very welcoming and really helpful. The rooms are big, airy, well equipped and clean. The area has a shop round the corner and a bus route so you can get round to the capital, St Johns. The views from the Inn are gorgeous looking right over the sea. It is a very peaceful area so you will not be woken by bars or traffic and the family cook absolutely delicious dinner. Its good to hire a car as you can see a lot more of Antigua that way but Leon who owns the Inn is happy to give lifts into town or to and from the airport. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Ellen Bay Inn with the wonderful Davis family. Would go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Ellen Bay Inn to everyone! Stayed December 2012, travelled with family-Trip Advisor."
