Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of a one night’s stay.
Cancellations must be made within 5 business days from the date of booking in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will be charged for two nights, any remaining amount will be returned. Cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable.
There is an additional charge of $30.00 US per night for each additional adult in the room.
All major credit cards accepted on site: Master Card, Visa Card, and Discovery Card. AMEX not accepted.
Pets are allowed for a fee.
NO smoking in the room.

"This is an up and coming B&B. Included breakfast consists of cereal only but for not too much money, you can get a really tasty omlette + toast + fruit + tea breakfast prepared by the very friendly chef. The location is not central to St. John but we rented a car and were happy to have the more local perspective; we found out so much about the island from the two wonderful young people at check in and from the owner's grandfather, who lives just a house away (and helped us out with mosquitos and regaled us with snorkeling stories). The room was very clean and once we figured out the roads around us, we felt safe and completely welcomed! Thank you all for welcoming me to the island!!"

"Why do you want to visit? That is the question to answer. Do you want to be in with the super yacht crowd, worrying that someone else has a bigger one than you; yacht, that is. Do you want to be in a posh secure resort with barbed wire and security guards making sure you don't get out. If like me you want to see Antigua and sample Caribbean life then the Ellen Bay Inn is for you. It is clean and tidy, it is family run, so the service is superb and relaxed. As you walk around the tracks of this little community everyone speaks to you. If you are walking children will come and ask you if you want to see their goats and if you look tired, or hot you may be offered a lift."
