Room Policies

Children under 12 may stay for free.

Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out time is 11:00 am.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of a one night’s stay. 

Cancellations must be made within 5 business days from the date of booking in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will be charged for two nights, any remaining amount will be returned.  Cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable.

There is an additional charge of $30.00 US per night for each additional adult in the room. 

All major credit cards accepted on site: Master Card, Visa Card, and Discovery Card.  AMEX not accepted.

Pets are allowed for a fee.

NO smoking in the room.

  • "My plane got in late, customs lines were long, yet there was someone waiting for me outside! Now that is service. Glad I didn't have to negotiate the drive in as rental at night. Though I was just over nighting in Antigua to catch a flight home (STX) the next day, was a relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. They even kept the restaurant chef late in case I wanted to eat. Very good communication via emails. The room was clean and spartan, but you don't go to Antigua to sit inside your room. I would gladly stay again! Hopefully I get to see more of the island next time!"

  • "A perfect hideaway! Beautiful views of the ocean from the Inn. VERY friendly and helpful family. Rooms are clean - ceiling fans, updated bathroom and air conditioning if needed (very breezy up on the hill). Food is delicious but somewhat pricey. Close to Stingray City - an experience of a lifetime!!"
